Finley was devastated when his best friend, Luke, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. During Luke’s gruelling treatment, he lost his hair, and as a true best friend would do, Finley decided that he would shave his head too, in solidarity. Not only that, but having seen Luke’s awesome Supershoes, Finley decided to use his headshave as a fundraiser for us. Finley initially wanted to raise enough for 5 children to benefit from Supershoes, but his fundraising went so much further! He raised enough for 27 children in the end, and we couldn’t be happier. A huge well done to Finley for being such a Super friend to Luke and for wanting to help other children like him. We’re Super grateful to you: you’re one in a million!
