Super Morven’s Journey
“Morven is 7 years old and experienced a dropping eyelid. We went to the doctor, optician and hospital after which she was referred for an MRI scan which showed 2 tumours in her left eyelid, causing the eye to swell and close over. Morven went to hospital where she had an ultrasound, some x-rays and a CT/PET scan. Her cancer had not spread. She went on to have a biopsy and central line. Most of her tumour has now been removed in the biopsy operation and she is having chemotherapy and radiotherapy to get rid of the bits that are left.”
