Super Oscar’s Journey
A rash on his torso was the only clue to the subsequently devastating diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia for Super Oscar. Super Oscar’s mum says he is an inspiration to them all, as he has been so brave during his treatment and surgery. He’s struggled with mobility and mood swings, but mum says he keeps smiling and his Supershoes have helped him to be Super brave during some unpleasant injections he has had to have.
Super Oscar’s Diagnosis
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) is the most common form of leukaemia in children under the age of 14, affecting around 400 each year. Find out more about Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia
