Super Patrick’s Journey
Paddy’s fall on holiday whilst playing football was bad enough and required surgery to his hip. It was whilst he was in hospital that there was even worse news: they discovered he had Type B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. Paddy has been so brave during his chemotherapy treatment that everyone decided he needed a pair of Supershoes to remind him what a little hero he is. He has been working on regaining his mobility by playing football again. We’re sure his Supershoes will help with that! He shoots! He scores! Go Paddy!
Super Patrick’s Diagnosis
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) is the most common form of leukaemia in children under the age of 14, affecting around 400 each year. Find out more about Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia
The Supershoes
Paddy is a big Tottenham Hotspur fan, so wanted this to feature on his Supershoes, along with Lego Ninjago. The Supershoes arrived just in time for Paddy’s birthday, and he was Super happy and grateful to receive them, according to his mum.
