Super Leo’s Journey
Super Leo has already shown the world how Super brave he is, as he has had treatment for several medical conditions. When he began feeling unwell, his parents knew something was wrong, and unfortunately, Leo was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. His mum told us that Leo was amazingly brave throughout his treatment, and was helping to keep other patients’ spirits up in hospital! Leo is still receiving treatment whilst in remission, and wore his Supershoes to his prom, and danced all night in them! Keep dancing and smiling, Leo! You’re a Superstar!
Super Leo’s Diagnosis
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) is the most common form of leukaemia in children under the age of 14, affecting around 400 each year. Find out more about Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia
The Supershoes
Leo asked for Spy Ninja characters on his Supershoes, and Super Artist Helen was happy to oblige.
“Leo had his Prom on Friday and proudly wore his shoes. His been waiting weeks to wear them and he loves them. Everyone made lovely comments and many were jealous! He had a wonderful time and danced the night away. A very big thank you to everyone at Supershoes. And also we are so grateful to the artist for such a unique design. Thank you from 2 proud parents.
